From high up you get the best views of what it's like down below, and you can see this from the Schattberg-Loipe, taking you over flat meadows to Saalfelden, and ideal for those starting off cross-country skiing. Thanks to its connection with Saalfelden’s extensive network of cross-country trails, there is also plenty for experienced Nordic skiers too.
