Terms of Service Eder Hotels GmbH

Unless regulated by an individual contract, the following general terms and conditions apply:

• No cash redemption for vouchers. Validity of the vouchers, if not noted separately: 1 year from the date of issue. Only one voucher can be redeemed per stay. Multiple coupons cannot be combined with one another. This also applies to vouchers other provider.

• Reservation is only valid in writing by fax / email / post. When a reservation is made (accommodation contract), the international hotel contract conditions as agreed.
• Down payment: For individual trips € 150.00 (summer) and € 300.00 (Winter) free of charge for the beneficiary per room, bank details: Raiffeisenbank, IBAN: AT60 3505 3000 2602 6492 SWIFT: RVSAAT2S053. For group, Conference and event bookings are based on the contractually agreed down payment amounts.
• In the case of a transfer free of charge, please state the IBAN and SWIFT number listed above. The reservation is only fixed after receipt of the deposit. We are happy to take your credit card details and deduct the respective amount for you.
• If there are several reservations for one and the same room, we kindly ask for your understanding that we will give preference to earlier bookings.
• Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee certain room numbers and floors
• Cancellations are only valid in writing. You will then receive a cancellation confirmation from the hotel. The provisions of the international hotel contract conditions apply. In the event of early departure, we have to charge the price for the entire duration of the stay.
• Summer and winter - for the best flexible rate:
  up to 7 days before arrival free of charge
  6 - 3 days 50% of the total price
  from 2 days before arrival 100%
  In the case of special offers, such as early booking deals or last minute rates, other conditions may apply.
• For group, conference and event bookings, separate change and cancellation conditions apply as part of the contract.
• Cancellation insurance: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. It covers all cancellation costs in the event of an accident, the death of the insured person or his family members before the start of the holiday or during the stay. Please ask at the hotel - we will be happy to inform you accordingly.
• Dogs and pets: € 15.00 per night without food. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurants (with the exception of the inn) or in the wellness area.
• We are happy to provide you with bathrobes and slippers free of charge for the duration of your stay.
• Wireless Lan is available in the entire hotel free of charge.
• Our locked bike room is available to you in summer and our ski room with its own lockers for all rooms in winter. The lockers are also suitable for drying hiking equipment.
• Arrival and departure: We ask you to plan your arrival and departure on a weekend (winter). On the day of departure, we will make the room in the Hotel Eder available to you by 11.00 a.m., on the other hand, we ask for your understanding that the room cannot usually be occupied before 2.00 p.m. At Hotel SEPP the room is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 12 noon on the day of departure. If you arrive after 6 p.m. we ask for notification.
• In the event of no-show, the international hotel contract conditions apply.
• Means of payment: cash, EC card, American Express, Visa, Mastercard.
• The single room surcharge is € 20.00 per night.
• All of our rooms are non-smoking. Furthermore, smoking is not permitted in the entire hotel. We have a cozy outdoor lounge for our smokers.
• With the appearance of the new price list, all previous ones lose their validity. We reserve the right to change prices, misprints and errors as well as changes to offers.
